Took my vehicle for oil change. - TL

Took my vehicle for oil change. Paid a lot of money to bring my own oil and filter. Was charged for fluid top ups and nothing was topped up. When writing a review instead of rectifying the situation the owner prefers to argue on Google instead of fixing the situation. Looks like they do this with all reviews they don’t like.
