Good purchase without stress I am a hard core Jeep owner. Grandpa has one, I have two (one for off-roading), wife has a Liberty and daughter has a Patriot. Looking to replace wife I am a hard core Jeep owner. Grandpa has one, I have two (one for off-roading), wife has a Liberty and daughter has a Patriot. Looking to replace wife's vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised at the 2013 Ford Escape makeover. Zender had an excellent low mileage Kodiak brown Escape. I really like the memory feature. My wife is considerably shorter than me. The last time I used the Escape, I opened the door, pressed the memory button and watched the seats and mirrors re-adjust themselves. When I was done with the vehicle, I got out and pressed the wife's memory button and everything moved back for her. She especially likes the heated seats. I was very pleased with Zender's attention to details. I didn't notice some headlight trim that was missing, but they did and rectified it ASAP. Well done and Thank you Zender Ford. More

Buying experience with Ashton I appreciated that Ashton listened to what I wanted and then showed me a couple of cars that matched that criteria. When it came time to finalize the deal I needed to be able to take care of some of the paperwork before the delivery date due to needing to be in another location to deal with a family emergency. Ashton quickly arranged that with the other departments. I was still away on delivery day and Ashton ensured that all details were taken care of and that my daughter was able to feel comfortable in her new car before she drove away. I like that Zender Ford let's their customers decide what they want and when they want they want to make the decision. There is no pressure on either. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Zender and this time I did not even bother to visit the city dealerships. More
