Found on Internet and out of country I called Zender Ford is when I met Abhi he said truck that I had saw was in great shape and it was. Being out of country it was no regular sale but Ab I called Zender Ford is when I met Abhi he said truck that I had saw was in great shape and it was. We really had no intention of completing a deal that day, but with his attention, the test drive and the pricing, we walked out proud owners. Ashton hustled to ensure our vehicle was prepped for our pick up. We appreciated his honesty regarding a flaw in the front grill and the dealership's immediate response to correct it. Dec 28/15 Brought truck in because they where slow could maybe pull old motor so when the new came it would be ready/ Jan/16 They had not started on it yet? Then spoke to parts it will be 10 working days. Jan 8/16 The motor is in route but not sure where it is at, at this time. Jan 15/16 It would be at the end of Jan. before it would be in. Jan 29/16 Another month from now. Feb/16 When it to the service dept. they said the end of Feb. Spoke to Ford Canada they said we have to talk to you. Feb 26/16 Called Ken he said 6 weeks Now they are saying we could get you a new one sooner put it would cost around 10,000.00 He has been renting a welding truck and welder since Jan4/16. This is unexceptable YOU HAVE TO LOOK INTO THIS. Have paid 2 months for a rental and still NO ANSWERS . The truck is still there we trusted your word it would be done. New truck purchase My sales representative Ashton C worked hard for me. I can't say everything was perfect, but if it wasn't things were done to make them perfect. My story is very long. to sum it up, i had a deposit on a different truck. This truck was a demo, upon further inspection when I went to pick it up, it didn't meet my expectations. Brandon H did his best to help. the Next Day Melanie put together a new deal that I was satisfied with. I started dealing with western buick gmc. they wanted me to do all the negotiating. Thats what I liked about this experience. They made it easy to agree on a price. The only downfall I really had was my first visit, my wait time was way to long. If I put it in perspective tho and realize Ashton has to deal with as many people as he can because he has to put food on his table, then it wasn't all that bad to wait. If you want someone to work for you go with Ashton. The only reason I didn't give the price a five is because I went in to buy a 2015 and left with a 2016. So I know the deals will be better next year then what I paid. Thank you More
