Needed my transmission rebuilt and Zender Ford went above and beyond to get me back on the road again! Wrench light came on in my pickup, but I was able to drive it into Zender Ford, talked to Charlie, and h and beyond to get me back on the road again! Wrench light came on in my pickup, but I was able to drive it into Zender Ford, talked to Charlie, and he took it from there! I was told the technician that was working on it knew Ford 10-speed transmissions inside and out. Zender Ford had my pickup on Thursday morning and I was back on the road by the next Tuesday afternoon. First off you walk into Zender Ford and are greeted right away by everyone you pass. you hear the horror stories of that sleazy car salesman. Anthony was the complete opposite of that! He showed us vehicles that exactly fit into that. He was very informative and we felt very good about purchase. He showed us all the cool gadgets and features of our new vehicle and was not pushy whatsoever. Move to the finance team. Also amazing. They got us into the vehicle we wanted with a great rate they were quick to respond to any questions and emails.
