Eldon was fantastic, he checked all the boxes, went over and above to help us feel comfortable with all of our questions,( and we had a lot), great sense of humor too! Staff were friendly, respectful when arriving with vehicle for oil change. Told me how long I would need to wait. The lounge is comfortable to wait in. Have bought vehicles in the past and returned again to buy my new Ranger. Eldon Cook and Zender Ford made the buying process simple and straight forward.
