We were delighted to have Claudio provide us an outstanding trade in offer. Good news for us we came on the right day because we had an excellent sales person, got the best trade in , we won one of the dealership draws for Toronto Maple Leaf tickets and a $250 GC for gas. Bad news for our daughter, she would have to buy her own car. She has always driven my Ford vehicles and made the decision with the help of Claudio’s information, to make her first car a Ford EcoSport SE. I know that Ford will take good care of her. I have to tell you that my father’s first car was a model T in 1942, my first car was a 1972 Ford Cortina and now our daughter will make her first car a Ford. Was a bit surprised to be told I lived outside their "zone" for a shuttle ride but pleased that living only a few blocks passed the artificial boundary, they still provided the service home and on pick up of serviced vehicle. IF this is a real problem, before one buys or leases you should be told where you live in the city will impact your services available. I could have gone elsewhere.
