Sales Representative Was not the experience that I was hoping as I got my car sold by George. He said that the navigation system was going to start working on Monday and it didn’t. Had to bring my car in and left it and he told me that I was going to get a replacement car and he didn’t arrange anything. I am very disappointed about this person who obviously just care about his commission. Other than that everything was ok. More

Upon pick up of this vehicle found out that the passenger window doesn’t go up all the way, GPS didn’t work and they couldn’t find the second set of keys for the car when it clearly says two keys. Feels like they didn’t bother doing a one over of the car before they sold it. Disappointed to say the least. More

I have been waiting for over a year This location will do everything to sell a vehicle to you but when it comes to service they drop the ball...hard. I have been waiting for over a year for parts to a recall I have on my f150 and everytime I call I get the response "the part has been ordered," when i call again to see if the part has come in i get the response "the part has never been ordered." Furthermore, to get an oil change there (first come, first serve. No more appointments) you are looking at about 4 - 6 hours wait time, which they dont even tell you in advance so you just end up sitting there and waiting. Whoever runs the service department at this location needs to pull their head out of their xxx and fix it or just get fired. This might be the '#1 volume dealer' but is also the #1 worst service department. More
