My truck got a flat, so I went to Woodstock Chrysler and they told me they were a pretty bad. They showed me the one that went flat had the belts showing. They could have easily tried to sell me a new set, they told me they were a pretty bad. They showed me the one that went flat had the belts showing. They could have easily tried to sell me a new set, but I was tight on money, instead they suggested I throw my snows on that they keep in storage for me since it was getting real close to that time anyway. That way I could save foe a new set in the next year. It was awesome they understood I was strapped for cash. More

Don’t waste your time I brought my new truck in for maintenance and warranty servicing. They put 2 mechanics on the job and neither one were able to figure out how to remov I brought my new truck in for maintenance and warranty servicing. They put 2 mechanics on the job and neither one were able to figure out how to remove a tire. My thought is if they cannot even remove a tire what kind of job are they doing when it comes to an oil change computer software update general maintenance like brakes or safety related issues. Please for the sake of your family general public and your own well being do not bring any vehicle here More

Service I had my truck serviced here( EGR Valve) and I been told that I have put a bad fuel into the truck and I had to change the injectors. After a series I had my truck serviced here( EGR Valve) and I been told that I have put a bad fuel into the truck and I had to change the injectors. After a series of trying to convince Darlin that is not the problem she changed the EGR, to find out 2 weeks later when I took the truck in for an oil change to a different dealership, that I have a coolant leak in to the intake coming from the EGR Cooling assembly. Asked the dealership to fix it but they told me not to bring the truck back. No knowledge of what they do . No respect for Customers. Bad comments. Very disrespectful. But nice at first to get your money. I looked at the reviews after to find out that everyone gave it 1 star except Sammy that had to wait one week for the diagnostic, 4.5 star . Sammy !!! You been housed. More
Requested service issue - ignored and lied about. had a booked appointment to have 5 issues looked at - some were under warranty - engine light, grinding in front wheel, doors locks, power windows and had a booked appointment to have 5 issues looked at - some were under warranty - engine light, grinding in front wheel, doors locks, power windows and a leak for under the truck. Vehicle had to be sublet to have some of the work done. Vehicle was originally to be in shop 2 working days, which extended to 5 working days. On 3 occasions I asked about the leak - 'oops, we didn't get to that; then yes we will look at it; then 'I will go right out and get the guys to check it". Picked up vehicle, made arrangement to come back to have door locks and power window done, as this wasn't completed in the 5 days. Assuming all the major items, including the leak had been looked after - drove out of town - 5 hours. Discovered leak was still there - called - "oops they forgot to look at it". Had to have vehicle towed - leak was transmission fluid!!. Then the service manager lied on the service invoice - saying I agreed to bring vehicle back for the leak!!!! - a total lie, the agreement to wait was for the door locks and window! I took vehicle in for service, to make sure vehicle was in perfect working order - as I was driving out of town, with a 32 foot trailer! - why would I agree to wait on a LEAK in the engine?? and to add insult, when I discussed the issue - that they did not fix the leak or even look at it - the service lady was absolutely ignorant !!! More
Very Good I had a warranty malfunction and when my truck was dropped off an examined on Monday morning I was told no action could be taken until Friday afternoo I had a warranty malfunction and when my truck was dropped off an examined on Monday morning I was told no action could be taken until Friday afternoon as they were busy. The service manger reviewed my case and the next day I was on the road when a replacement part was delivered. Thanks folks!! More
