This is my Experience NOT Opinion. .. Read Carefully Before BOOK car... I booked two vehicle in woodbridge Toyota, Rav 4 hybrid 2022 (25 feb 2022)and Corolla Hybrid 2022(25 Mar 2022 .. Read Carefully Before BOOK car... I booked two vehicle in woodbridge Toyota, Rav 4 hybrid 2022 (25 feb 2022)and Corolla Hybrid 2022(25 Mar 2022). After 16 to 17 month waiting they give me my $2000 refund on 24 April 2023. Let's start my story.. I bought Toyota corolla 2020 from woodbridge Toyota. So I thought, this is reliable dealership for another vehicle to buy. I know its shortage of car. When I went to book, they told me we will deliver car after 6 to 8 month if you book now. If you buy warranty and add up we will give you car in 4 months. So I didn't purchase any warranty because its 3-4 month more waiting. After booking vehicle their words start changing. Now they said we will let you know once Toyota will deliver car, Before they said 6 to 8 months we will give you car sure. Otherwise I didn't book. I asked many times before booking that will you give me car that I book? Said yes. After 14 months they call me and said, your vehicle didn't come yet but we have another same vehicles with adds on.. I feel everyone need do business, honestly and ethically. Because when I ask my another friend and people after 12 month of my booking,they said, they receive car from another dealership within time, said by dealership. If you easily convince any one that doesn't mean you are smart but that person blindly Trust on you. Finally I purchased car from another dealership after waiting 18 Month. I frequently asked, in 2 to 3 month interval ,after 8 month of my booking to Sales manager and Mohammed about status of my car. They said Toyota didn't see your order yet. When, on the day, I got my refund after 18 month, I ask Mohammed farooq and Sales manager, about status of car, they said same, Toyota didn't see yet. I ask any future possible dates they said no Idea.. If after reading this, you need to decide what to do. I would not say that they are the worst in business, but the experience I had with this dealership, definitely, for me wasn't a very good one. I'd step into their dealership last year, late February 2022, the experience I had with this dealership, definitely, for me wasn't a very good one. I'd step into their dealership last year, late February 2022, determined to buy a brand new RAV 4 Hybrid and decided to pay cash (certified cheque), $2000 payed in advance. The sales person, Assad Z, in the day I signed the contract, guarantee that the vehicle is going to arrive between maximum 5 months from the day of contract. Of course, during this time I rented a vehicle (I sold my truck so I can pay for the new one), the 5 months has been gone and nobody from this company contacted me. I tried to contact Assad and I found out that he's not working anymore for the dealership and I sent an email in July, 2022 to Paul V., the general sales manager asking information regarding my order and the option of financing the car (part of the money I had were gone on car renting). The answer was "Your order is still unfilled and unfortunately we have no updates" and a screenshot of my order. The same answer, after 6 months and, of course Mitchell (the Cc guy on second email) that supposed to assist me with the financing procedure never contacted me. According with the Vehicle Purchasing Terms (8.Date of Delivery), they supposed to (written) notify me in 90 days, with reason for delay and to revise the delivery date. Same as the first time, it didn't happen. Bottom line, it was a bad deal loosing money on the vehicle price ( increased $5.000 overtime), loosing money due to loan interest increased ( inflation) and the money spent on rentals. More

2 hrs for a car service which is xx, and just for an Oil change $160!! What a Ripp off place. After talking to the guy he brought it down to $142 so this means they are just putting the price they like and change $160!! What a Ripp off place.
