After requesting an earlier appointment time than I previously had they didn't end up taking my car in for 3 hours because I didn't wait & they assumed that meant I didn't need a vehicle for the entire day. This led to them not having enough time to complete the entire work order.. But there's not appologies from those working in the service department. Just a bill for 1.5hours of labour (even though my car went in for 40 mins of free recall work and was in for a total of 65 minutes). I also asked three times for them to check another aspect of the car and even CALLED back before I picked it up to ask if it had been done. "Yep" they say... Upon arrival they have no idea what I'm even talking about... Brought my car in for 4 reasons (two recalls). Had the recalls fixed but not my other two major issues and got charged 1.5hours worth of labour for warranty work. More

Left the bonnet unhooked once. Another time they were supposed to fix the computer. However what they did was unhook the battery cables. Hint. If you're going to do that put the red cap cover back on the positive side..... Oh well. Please also make sure to reset the oil life when you change oil. And also try to remember to put the dipstick back in. Maybe the mech was drunk or hungover..... More
