I came in for my car's first service appointment a week earlier than scheduled (there was miscommunication with whoever I spoke with on the phone). However, the service team was able to fit me in their sch earlier than scheduled (there was miscommunication with whoever I spoke with on the phone). However, the service team was able to fit me in their schedule in spite of how busy they already were. I waited for about two hours at the dealership, which I really didn't mind given the circumstances. Thanks for accommodating me! More
