Wolfe Mazda

I came in on SAT Dec 7 at Wolfe Langley Mazda to have my snow tires (on rims) swapped in. My wife also had an appointment at the same time to have her 136K check-up along with a tire swap. I didn’t purchase snow tires (on rims) swapped in. My wife also had an appointment at the same time to have her 136K check-up along with a tire swap. I didn’t purchase my snow tires from Mazda and I knew there was a charge for having them swapped. I was a bit taken aback by the cost of $35 to swap out the tires which are already on rims. The cost was almost double from my last tire swap at Wolfe ($20 in Spring 2019). I checked with the service desk and he said that is the price. We were given a lift back to our place and returned to the dealership when work was done. We ended up doing other work to our vehicles per technician recommendation. We ended up paying a little over $800 upon pick-up. We picked up our car on time and were generally satisfied with the service. I’m still a bit disappointed with the tire swap charge. Could a long time customer get a price break for the tire swap until I purchase new tires from dealership? More

Mazda CX-9 Management was very helpful and paid attention to our needs and worked very well with us to make sure we got the best service. We went to pick up out new vehicle the sales person seemed to busy to do the walk around and seemed rush. He left us there waiting for him a couple of times to go and look after someone else. We had been in the dealership for two hours already and just wanted to go home. We said we had to go and couldn't wait anymore. We will for sure go back to Wolfe Mazda Langley but might look for another sales person. I More
