I went to this dealership put a deposit in a truck of 1000$.they sold the truck. Then the sales rep tried to find me another truck finally found one from another province which was shipped to Edmonton. 3 1000$.they sold the truck. Then the sales rep tried to find me another truck finally found one from another province which was shipped to Edmonton. 3 days after owning the vehicle I seen a rust spot in n the roof from the factory for a 2024 truck with 25 km on the vehicle.the manager told me to talk to the sale rep to get it fixed on my time off due to working out of town.i texted the sale pro told him I’m coming back to town in a week to get the truck looked at he texted back he will look into. I texted him a few days before returning to town. No one ever go back to me to confirm the appointment to fix the rust or undercoat and rust proof this vehicle. It’s like talking to a wall no impressed at all with customer service. More

I bought a truck from another company and it had a missing rad cap. The truck was overheating and blowing cold air. I needed to get home and the dealer across the street couldn’t help me because every missing rad cap. The truck was overheating and blowing cold air. I told him my story and I showed him my missing rad cap. He understood my situation and gave me the rad cap off of the truck in the show room. Unreal. Most people these days are not interested in helping. I help all the time and it’s great to see guys like Nithin take care of someone in a jam. Next time I’m looking to buy another vehicle I will be contacting Nithin. Thanks Nithin. More
I live in Calgary but i was in an accident in Edmonton. The insurance company made life very difficult for me. Long story short I needed some engine work done that the insurance company wouldn't cover. It The insurance company made life very difficult for me. It took 3 months to complete the work and I can't point a finger at Wolfe GMC as the cause of the but rather GM which was on strike so parts were not available. Through all of this mess I was looked after Sheri-Ann Dukart a Fleet Service Advisor with Wolfe. She above and beyond trying to find parts as best she could all the while keeping in touch with regard to the status of my vehicle. Top notch job Sheri-Ann! More
