Wolfe GMC had the exact vehicle I had been searching for and I sent an internet enquiry towards the end of the work day on a Saturday. I was very impressed when I received a short 2 minute video from Tyler and I sent an internet enquiry towards the end of the work day on a Saturday. With that info I reached out and arranged to meet the following week. Monday morning I contacted Tyler, and with minimal notice, we were off for a test drive, with two of my older children coming along. We ended up closing a deal and I was really happy to have my kids be involved with the buying process. From when we showed up to test drive, to when we closed the deal with Megan in finance, it was less than 2.5 hours. I saw an ad on fb one night when I couldn’t sleep, so I asked if they had any Traverse’s available. At 2 am Vik responds to me,thanking me for my interest and says “ I’ll call you during business hrs tomor asked if they had any Traverse’s available.
