He was made aware of my Western email discount email and added that to my paperwork. Oil changed was done without any fanfare or the dreaded up sell on products or repairs. I liked that! All in all, very happy with the prompt service and impressed that Western still sends me email offers and notifications after my initial Buick purchase in 2012. They do stay in touch! More

I didn’t purchase my truck from here due to some different issues but will get my service completed here in the future and would like to continue with Western, I was disappointed when picking my vehicle up that it was dirtier than when I dropped it off, there was mud both inside and out from a test drive which I understand has to be completed after the work but I shouldn’t have to wash my own vehicle after a service.
