My wife and I had to purchase a vehicle and because of Moe we got a brand new GMC Terrain Denali which we did not think of purchasing. Moe showed us the vehicle it’s features and how this would be a great Moe we got a brand new GMC Terrain Denali which we did not think of purchasing. I went to this dealership put a deposit in a truck of 1000$.they sold the truck. Then the sales rep tried to find me another truck finally found one from another province which was shipped to Edmonton. 3 1000$.they sold the truck. Then the sales rep tried to find me another truck finally found one from another province which was shipped to Edmonton. 3 days after owning the vehicle I seen a rust spot in n the roof from the factory for a 2024 truck with 25 km on the vehicle.the manager told me to talk to the sale rep to get it fixed on my time off due to working out of town.i texted the sale pro told him I’m coming back to town in a week to get the truck looked at he texted back he will look into. I texted him a few days before returning to town. No one ever go back to me to confirm the appointment to fix the rust or undercoat and rust proof this vehicle. It’s like talking to a wall no impressed at all with customer service. More
