Sue Cameron got it done!! Sue Cameron in the service department went above and beyond my expectations to have some work done to a vehicle of mine that I had purchased at Wester Sue Cameron in the service department went above and beyond my expectations to have some work done to a vehicle of mine that I had purchased at Western, but the warranty had since expired (although, not by much). Sue took my concern to GM directly and got approval to get the work done. She kept me in the loop the entire time and got things fixed when I fully expected GM to say "too bad, it's off warranty". GM is lucky to have people like Sue Cameron working for them, and this whole experience has put Western GMC first on my list of places where I will go when it is time for a new truck.
