The salesman, Jeff, went over all the things on the Terrain and made sure we knew what we were getting and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before driving it off the lot. Jeff put such a personal touch to our purchase and even asked that we call him when we got home to Buffalo Lake! Often times when you are of the Indigenous race you are either treated with distain, or then treated like you know nothing at all about business. Jeff made us feel very comfortable with the purchase. A few months later we were in a pretty serious accident and the 2015 Terrain was written off. We got our business attended to as they had written the 2015 off, and we went straight back to Western GMC and purchased a new 2016 GMC Terrain from - JEFF HALL. Great Experience with New vehicle sale We came in from out of town just to see what they had for inventory. She made sure we were not being pressured to buy and gave us as much information as we needed. 3 weeks later we decided to go ahead with the purchase and we contacted Barb again to inform her of our decision. As she already knew what we wanted and had our information, she started the process and then contacted us when our new vehicle was ready to be picked up.
