End of warranty servicing I brought my 2104 Sierra in for some routine maintenance and for the end of warranty servicing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When completing the end of warranty review, they found a coupe, of items that I had not noticed myself such as the radiator was leaking and a transmission line that was leaking. The staff at western GMC replaced both my radiator and transmission line under warranty, no questions asked and because the servicing took longer than expected they gave me a rental vehicle overnight. The next day when I came to pick up my truck they had it washed and sitting in the warm garage waiting for me. Steve Hillerud was the service manager and I was very happy with the level of service he provided me. More
