I found him to be exceptionally friendly, honest, helpful and he gave me all the information I needed, and then some! The truck I wanted sold before I could get in to see it, but Chad is going to keep an eye out for something that suits my needs and I look forward to dealing with him and Western GMC in the near future. I felt looked after from start to finish . I booked an appointment to have an engine light in my Equinox looked into . I booked into Western GMC for Tuesday morning March 8 .As I drove in ,C I booked an appointment to have an engine light in my Equinox looked into . I booked into Western GMC for Tuesday morning March 8 .As I drove in ,Cindy greeted me right away , then led me to her workstation gathered my info and informed me there was a recall (to do with corrosion on inner doors ) that needed to be tended to as well as finding the source of my engine light issue . She then offered me a rental (my warranty allowed it) and I was on my way , with no inconvenience or interruption to my day . I was thrilled, thinking I'd have to taxi or get driven around for a the next day or two instead I had A brand new truck to drive , and I quite enjoyed the whole experience. Driving a different vehicle for a change gives you a refreshing perspective on driving. Cindy called me a few times during the first day to explain and review the findings . I had a few more calls on Wednesday from Cindy with progress on the vehicle, I picked up my car today at 4:00 which seems as good as new :) Thank you Western and Cindy for the great communication and service ,I felt very well taken care of . More

She was friendly, cheerful and professional. Vic, the shuttle driver, took me to work. He is a very nice man. Cindy called me later in the day to say that my car needed a part which would not be available until Tuesday. She was very apologetic about the delay. Vic picked me up promptly and I got my car. I then repeated the process the next day. I had to have my car back by noon and it was ready by 11:30 am. I am very happy with Western. More
