We appreciated Jeff's ability to accommodate us in a non-pressured manner. He respected that we were only beginning to look at vehicles, but still was able to showcase the particular model in a way that left us feeling like we had all the information we required to make an informed decision. We are very big on customer service and Jeff made every effort to go above and beyond, making our purchase as stress free and enjoyable as possible. When it was time to pick up our new vehicle, Jeff took the time to go over every feature on it, even making sure my phone was set up with the Bluetooth before I left. Likewise, Chantel was excellent to deal with on the financing side of things. She was knowledgeable and accomodating throughout the whole purchasing process. More
