Annoyance to delight We had decided it was time for a new car. We really like my husband's Enclave for size, appearance and comfort so after checking out many SUV's we dec We had decided it was time for a new car. We really like my husband's Enclave for size, appearance and comfort so after checking out many SUV's we decided to stick with the brand. When we got notice that a sale was on we headed to your dealership, parked our 2010 Enclave in the front and walked around for about 20 minutes checking the ones in the lot. We were clearly visible during this time by many salespeople but no one came out to inquire as to whether they could help us. We were quite amazed actually. We decided to enter and see if there was interest in us. A few sales people standing around glanced at us but didn't approach. I think we might have left and gone elsewhere if a tall smiling young man hadn't come striding out from behind the others with a warm friendly greeting. It only got better from there. We are in our 70's, purchased many cars and own a few cars. That day we had been warmly greeted by Audi dealers, BMW dealers etc. but Mike likes the size and looks of the Enclave and thought the nearest rival for his affections, the Audi Q7, overpriced and had a smaller interior. So.............we met Cory. Never had such a happy, pleasant experience buying a vehicle ever. No ageism from him if in fact that was what made the other so indifferent. At any rate we had a wonderful experience and left smiling. We will no doubt be back for a visit. Now we answered yes about recommending your dealership because of Cory, but please do tell your staff that they should never judge those that walk through their doors by age, dress or for any other reason. It can be surprising who has the cash in their pocket and is ready to buy. Cory couldn't have known we were ready to buy on the spot but he came out smiling and friendly regardless.
