Excellent experience with Jeff Hall and Western GMC I went Back and forth between gm and ford for a few weeks and visited many dealers. I decided to go to western gmc again as I had bought a used car from them 7 years back. I met up with Jeff and he started the search to find me a truck that fit the options I wanted and the price point I was after. So many dealers only want to sell you what is on their lot. It makes buying a truck very hard and frustrating at this time of the year. Jeff found me a truck that fit what I was after at another dealer and had it brought in. He gave me a loaner until mine came and he pulled some strings to get the truck done before the long weekend. Overall I am very happy with the service I received from Jeff and the crew at Western GMC. More

Wow! Friendly, Quick and Efficient! First time in the service department and I was shocked at how happy, friendly and courteous the Cindy was as she greeted me and took my information. First time in the service department and I was shocked at how happy, friendly and courteous the Cindy was as she greeted me and took my information. The shuttle driver stopped me on my way out the door to see if I required a ride. Received a phone call just after 10 saying my vehicle was ready and offered to make arrangements with the shuttle to pick me up. My experience with other dealers would have left me sour before leaving and I would have waited all day for the phone call saying my vehicle was ready or required parts that were not on hand. More
