I found my Abarth on the point at Western and was smitten, that was Monday. Lori set me up with the keys, and let me take it for a good while, even said "yeah, take it to Chrysler, see what they think and what service it had had". So I did. The lovely finance girl (lovely and capable), picked up the slack on the back end, reducing my payment, downpayment, and rate. I am writing this from my Abarth happy as a clam. Go see Lori. Just do it. Western is the most laid back experience I have had, the staff look like me and speak like I do, and that counts for a lot these days. Happy motoring. More

Outstanding experience! My experience with Western GM and Aaron Walker was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. In the past 10 years I have upgraded 2 Sierra's My experience with Western GM and Aaron Walker was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. In the past 10 years I have upgraded 2 Sierra's at Peterson Pontiac and the last time with Peterson GMC in Sherwood Park I traded to a Terrain. This was the worst experience ever! I was rushed through, had two car payments taken out simultaneously, had to figure out all the "bells and whistles" on my own. I wouldn't even take the Terrain back to Peterson for servicing which was when I discovered Western. I was so happy with their service department that I decided to talk to Aaron about getting back to driving a Sierra. This was the most relaxed, uncomplicated experience ever. Aaron and the finance staff was so professional. They actually listened to what I wanted and gave me all the information and options available to me with no pressure whatsoever. I will definitely be back for all my servicing needs and to purchase other vehicles in the future. More

I had just come off a terrible, long drawn out ordeal with McClellan Wheaton Buick in Camrose, when I called your organization to enquire about a vehicle I saw online you had advertised. To say I was extremely impressed at the difference between dealerships and how they handle customers IS AN UNDER STATEMENT! Knowing how cold it's been, with bad driving conditions on the highway, I wasn't looking forward to driving into Edmonton to look at this vehicle I was interested in. But my experience with McClellan Wheaton in Camrose, was so horrible, I'd just about drive anywhere to avoid going there again, or give them my business.
