Above and Beyond my Expectations. Service Writer Sue Cameron went above and beyond to address the couple of anomalies that I experienced with my new vehicle. Sue was exemplary, despite my frustration she was great to deal with and quick to address my issues to remedy the problems. On her days off she was concerned and considerate enough to follow up and contact me to keep me appraised on the developments with the acquisition of parts and to arrange an appointment to repair my vehicle including a loaner vehicle so I was not inconvenienced with my busy day. It’s not often, actually I can’t remember the last time I had the pleasure of dealing with someone of Sue’s calibre and I would be remise in not writing in and conveying my sincere gratitude to a person who takes her job to heart and goes above and beyond to assist a customer. Sue truly is an asset to Western GMC and her professionalism and work ethic does not go unrecognised. Thank you Sue!
