My experience was very positive and I would highly recommend giving these folks a chance when considering the purchase of a new GM vehicle. My initial contact was with sales manger Al who gave me his time to discuss several options and differences in the GM HD series trucks. He put me in touch with sales associate Jason who set me up with a test drive on my first visit. Jason was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We made an offer and I set out to do some further research. My initial contact with this dealership was very positive. Like any good consumer I compared some pricing with some other dealerships around the city. Western GMs offer was very competitive and based on my initial contact I made the decision to purchase at this dealer Everything I had asked for including price, options, accessories and right down to a loaner vehicle until delivery of my new puchase was met and exceeded. Thanks again Al for your demo duramax HD truck for the day!! Upon delivery Jason was exceptional with ensuring all the final details were completed...running boards, sprayed liner, mud flaps, GM floor mats...etc etc. his orientation to the vehicle was completed very thoroughly and my truck was complete Thanks again J Next stop finance Dept where I met Rebecca and was greeted with a big smile. She was exceptional in her explanation of the terms of sales contract. We discussed many other options including warranty, 3m etc. she even helped me with cancelling my extended warranty on my old truck to receive credit. Thanks again Rebecca. You were so great and represent the business positively. Hope you enjoyed the chocolate bar!! I can't forget the service manager who Jason introduced me to and showed me throughout the service area and parts Dept. He even booked me for a future detail of my entire truck after recognizing some spots that were picked up during delivery. Overall I had a good experience with all the folks at western GM and encourage anyone looking for a new vehicle to go see these guys I speak of in this review.
