Although we couldn't find one in either of the two color choices we preferred (with all the desired options), he suggested a possible alternative for exterior color. It turned out to be a great suggestion! It was the vehicle we settled on and we couldn't be happier. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I have bought many GM vehicles over the years and never was taken care of by an employee like this before. I dealt with CORY JOHNSON and he was amazing. I walked into the dealership and told him exactly what I was interested in. Cory took me out for a test drive and showed me various features of the Buick Encore. I told Cory that I was not ready to purchase at this time but was interested within the next month. Cory followed up with me the a few days later and inquired if I had any further questions. What I appreciated the most was not being pushed into buying. Car salesmen in the past have pressured me to purchase even though I made it clear I was not ready to buy. After taking a look at multiple vehicles at Chevy dealers within the city (looking at the Chevy Trax and Cruze) I was certain Cory gave me an incredible price. His effort to constantly communicate was incredible. Alsmost felt like I didn't even have to be at the dealership at all. The sales manager was very open and accepting to my trade in expectations and he was also accommodating in working the deal to meet my budget. Finance was simple and fast.
