I liked the fact that the salesman Todd was willing to text and was really prompt at replying and answering in a timely manner. The pricing on my new 2017 Duramax was the best I could find and they gave me a great price on my trade. When I arrived, there was a slight misunderstanding however Todd and the manager sorted out the issue without hesitation. In finance Rebecca was very friendly and welcoming when introduced. Great experience from start to finish I flew into Edmonton from BC with the intention of purchasing a vehicle at another dealership (shall remain nameless). The vehicle far from "mint condition" as it was described over the phone. Disappointed, I called Western GMC as they had a similar vehicle for sale. I had the pleasure of working with Houston who arranged transportation for me from the other dealership so that I could take a look at their vehicle. This vehicle was in mint condition exactly as he described. Under a tight deadline as I needed to start the drive back home that afternoon, Houston, Karen and Rebecca worked diligently to sort out the ownership, financing and insurance so that I could be on my way.
