Great Experience and Easy to Deal With We had a 2009 Buick Enclave that was unfortunately written off due to an accident. So to replace the vehicle, we went to Western GMC Buick and another GMC dealership to find a new vehicle. My first encounter was with Mackenzie. He was very helpful without being pushy. We found the our 2017 Buick Envision was the best option for us. Unfortunately we still had to wait for our insurance check to come through. We appreciated that we were able to put a deposit on the vehicle the next day to hold it until we could make the payment. The whole purchase process was seamless and Mackenzie was available to answer all our questions. We are very happy with the service we received and the price we purchased the vehicle was much lower than that of the other dealerships we visited. This dealership and sales associate were professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this dealership and would definitely purchase from here again, More

Great people, worked hard to make everything perfect. I was called by a dealership in Edmonton that I bought my previous Canyon from a few years back. They told me they wanted to buy out my lease and get I was called by a dealership in Edmonton that I bought my previous Canyon from a few years back. They told me they wanted to buy out my lease and get me in a new truck as they were having a promotion that weekend. I asked a few questions, but was unimpressed with the vague answers he gave. I'd been taking my truck to get serviced at Western GMC as it was very close to my home, and was VERY impressed with the service department, so I thought I'd see if they'd be interested in matching the other dealership's promotional offer. I called in and got a new sales associate who was very nice, and made sure to do some research before trying to get me to the dealership. Once she called me back, we set up an appointment to look at options. The rest is history as they say, as I'm happily driving my new 2017 Canyon Denali. There were certainly bumps along the way. The truck I wanted had to be brought in from elsewhere in the province. This took much longer than was expected. When the truck arrived (Friday @ 4 right before the long weekend) it was filthy. Once the truck was cleaned up, it was apparent that the dealership it came from had allowed some minor cosmetic damage to occur (presumably when whoever test drive it there took it mud bogging). Of course, none of this is the fault of Western GMC, and they have made sure the minor damage (nothing more than some scratches) will be fixed within the week. The sales manager even arranged a loaner so I'm not inconvenienced by the additional visit. The sales associate was very new, and was still learning the ropes. Communication was sometimes a little sparse. However, despite the issues mentioned in this review, the dealership and its staff got the job done, and were very professional in every aspect. No one is perfect, but I respect how the dealership staff handled the hiccups. I'd certainly buy from Western GMC again (and likely will). More
