Great new vehicle for our family! We have recently purchased a new to us (2015) GMC Yukon XL Denali from Western GMC Buick in West Edmonton. Easiest new vehicle purchase ever I've purchased many new vehicles over the years and this has been the most seamless and positive experience one could expect. Aaron Walker was extrem I've purchased many new vehicles over the years and this has been the most seamless and positive experience one could expect. Aaron Walker was extremely easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and helped facilitate every step in a new vehicle purchase in a courteous and timely manner. Aaron also remembered every detail of questions asked to the point that there was nothing left to do but drive away with a flawlessly detailed vehicle knowing everything was taken care of without asking. Rebecca Gottfried was a pleasure to deal with on the financial side and dealt with every aspect of the purchase in a pressure free friendly manner. When one can have the best price on a new vehicle coupled with a purchase experience that was more like hanging out with friends there is really no reason to look anywhere other than Western GMC. I told him that if he did what he said he would then i would deal only with him as I respect honesty. When he came back with the price I knew I wouldn't deal with anyone else. I got the vehicle I wanted at the best price I could find. The deal was struck immediately and I now have a brand new Acadia. I contacted Western GMC and asked for an honest and decent sales person. Jason Warkentin was assigned to me and the service was excellent. He didn't try to upsell me and listened to what I wanted. After searching he was able to track down a vehicle outside of the city for me. He also informed me of the incentives GMC had and I feel I received fair deal. All in all it was the relaxed no BS service I was after, and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.
