i went to west gate chevrolet looking to buy my first new truck and met frank meloche. He was very friendly and easy to get along with. Since this was my first new truck I had a lot of questions and he guided me through the process painlessly. After leaving the dealership anxiously awaiting to hear about financing approval I was very surprised when Frank texted me at 6pm on a Saturday (same day) to let me know the deal was approved, which I really appreciated. He said I could come pick up the truck on monday! When I went to pick it up he took me through all the features of the truck, set up the bluetooth and onstar. He even went with me to the registry (taking my new truck) to help with getting my paperwork in order. This was a great experience buying my first new truck. It was my first experience inquiring about purchasing a new vehicle. At this time I was referred to Frank Meloche by a family member. I had first contacted Nancy regarding a used truck, she did everything in her power along with Grant and Brent to get me into this truck (and a few other similar vehicles) however the bank just would not a did everything in her power along with Grant and Brent to get me into this truck (and a few other similar vehicles) however the bank just would not approve my trade in and new choice. Brent had contacted me asking if I could consider a new vehicle, of course I would! I just didn't think it was possible, but with a lot of work on everyone's part I got approved! In the end I ended up purchasing a 2012 Equinox. Grant, Nancy and Brent looked all over for the vehicle that fit my approval and made it happen. The Equinox was brought up from Calgary and the rest was history. Delivery was smooth, painless and so worth the wait. Overall I'm extremely pleased with everyone at Westgate Chevrolet.
