I came to the Chevy Farm on a Saturday from Hinton, AB to look at a the Equinox but had not yet decided it was time to buy. Salesman Jim Axline had picked out two vehicles for me to try out before my arrival look at a the Equinox but had not yet decided it was time to buy. I drove a new 2013 Equinox and loved it and then he asked if I would try driving the new Traverse to see the difference of driving a slightly bigger SUV. I loved the 2013 Traverse. Jim was right on the money. We then talked about what I could get for my trade in vehicle and my purchase price. Steve Duff was amazing to deal with while negotiating the details. He was outstanding! We came to a great agreement. Patti Kehoe in finance got the paperwork rolling and I picked my fabulous Traverse up on the Monday and headed back to Hinton. They worked to get things done for me knowing that I was from out of town and headed home on the Monday. Good people and a good experience. More
