I met with Nancy early on a cold morning and found her to be a very warm and friendly person. She was empathic to my situation. She took the time over coffee to chat with me, putting me at ease. We decided to test drive the Orlando first. She spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me where everything was and how it worked prior to the test drive. I was very impressed as you should know where everything is prior to driving off the lot. The test drive went well and I chose to purchase the vehicle. Nancy introduced me to Katharine Kabaroff who is just as awesome as Nancy is. She expedited the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Nancy returned a couple of times to see how I was doing. Both ladies were terrific. They wanted to make the new car purchase experience as pleasant as possible and to expedite the process so that I could be on my way the same day with my new vehicle, which I was. Not only did they supply great customer service, but they were empathic and understanding as to what I had been through. I was back a couple of days later as I had a question about my vehicle and Nancy took the time to assist me and went so far as to ask the Service Manager to assist. Now that's customer service! In all the years I have been dealing with staff (in different areas) at Westgate Chevrolet I have received the ultimate in customer service and friendliness. Which is why I am a returning customer. And Nancy and I hit it off so well, I feel like I have a new friend!! More

I went to Westgate to purchase what was the lowest priced vehicle in their inventory, a 2005 Tahoe. Most dealers simply wholesale such older vehicles. For such a low priced vehicle, I was treated as if I was vehicle in their inventory, a 2005 Tahoe. Most dealers simply wholesale such older vehicles. For such a low priced vehicle, I was treated as if I was purchasing a much more expensive vehicle. This impressed me a great deal, as I am sure that Westgate made very little money on this sale. I was taken care of like I was buying a late model Corvette, not an almost 10 year old SUV. Well done! More

This was my second used purchase at Southgate, the first being three years ago. Sam was great to deal with, it was a smooth, easy and enjoyable purchase. I picked the truck up for delivery in less than 24 h being three years ago. Sam was great to deal with, it was a smooth, easy and enjoyable purchase. I picked the truck up for delivery in less than 24 hours from when I first looked at it. The paint repair agreed on was completed very well by the body shop and the truck was nicely detailed. It was great to see that Corey and Colin were still at Westgate; from what I have experienced staff retention is rare at a car dealership. I'm sure that consistency in staffing has a lot to do with their success and delivering this enjoyable experience. Hats off to a job well done gentleman, it was a pleasure.
