We bought a Honda fit from Brenden and Paul and one other gentleman I have forgotten his name. They were all extremely helpful at finding us the car we wanted that was getting short on supply. We decided against some of the offered insurances and we still treated very well and respectfully. The car was given to us in full working order and with a full tank of gas. I found the car I wanted no problem. But the one I saw was apparently sold. They told me they would locate one for me and I would have the car I wanted. The next day I got a call saying they located one a was apparently sold. They told me they would locate one for me and I would have the car I wanted. The next day I got a call saying they located one and to come in. I was so excited, however when I got to the dealer they hadn't exactly located it. It was on a test drive at another dealer and sold later that night. Right after they asked me to put down a $500 deposit and I filled out all the finance paperwork that was needed. Finally got a call the next day or so saying one was found and that they would call me to schedule a pick up. No one called me to update me on the location of my vehicle. 4 days later I call for an update and schedule for pick up. When I came to pick it up it wasn't ready. They still had to take it to get gas and the tint hadn't been done. After all that the car that was apparently sold on day 1 was still sitting in the show room when I left. Ouch. My first car buying experience and it wasn't very good. Lucky I love my car. They deal with selling cars everyday, I don't think they realize that not everyone buys one every day so this is a big purchase for some of us and we like to be kept in the loop when it comes to our new vehicle. More

My initial contact was Justin, a friendly fellow who never once gave an inkling of pressure or hard-selling tactics. He represented Honda extremely well and answered to the best of his ability all of my questions. Unlike other places I could mention I was never bothered with off-hour telephone calls or follow-ups an paid a very good price for a new car which was loaded with more than I could have ever wanted. I had a very enjoyable experience shopping for my first new car. The staff were super friendly the moment you walked in the door. I was able to test drive a couple different vehicles for about a half hour new car. The staff were super friendly the moment you walked in the door. The colour of car was limited since it was the long weekend sale and the number of cars on the lot wasn't high. But colour wasn't too important to me anyway. They were very fair with their pricing, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I think I picked a great day to go to the dealership. It was near the end of the day, but all of the staff were energetic and ready to make a deal. When I came back the following day to pick up the car Andy was great and went through all the features with me and is more than willing for me to call him with any questions that may come up in the future. The grande finale to buying the car was driving it out of the showroom! I definitely recommend Winnipeg Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Andy and Dustin were great to work with and didn't pressure me into buying anything. More

Eric Alsop was the most knowledgeable, personable and energetic salesman I have ever met and I thank him greatly for that. I wouldn't have my fantastic vehicle I have today if it weren't for him.
