I received better customer service buying water I recently purchased a vehicle from Crown Winnipeg Honda. When I picked up my brand new honda accord the speakers were not working. When I spoke to I recently purchased a vehicle from Crown Winnipeg Honda. When I picked up my brand new honda accord the speakers were not working. When I spoke to the manager Pier instead of admitting his dealership made a mistake he tried to argue that the pre delivery inspection was performed properly and that the vehicle would not function properly if it was not. I waited 5 days for the dealership to find out that it was a blown fuse. I received better customer service doe ding $15 buying water than I did $25000 to lease a new vehicle. I would not reccomend anybody purchase anything from this dealership unless you too enjoy being treated like crap. More

I also purchased extended warranty which included a rust inhibitor module. I looked all over to locate the module and cannot find it. I emailed the sales advisor I dealt with he returned my email. I gave him a couple days to look into the issue and emailed him again with no response back from him. I phoned and left a message with the sales manager to call me back. I waited 2 hrs and called back as I never heard from the sales manager. Buyer beware you pay for parts and they don't put them on.... More

300 bucks for "paperwork" I was buying out the lease of my 2013 Fit. The price was fixed. When I asked for the total so I could have my cheque prepared, there were approximate I was buying out the lease of my 2013 Fit. The price was fixed. When I asked for the total so I could have my cheque prepared, there were approximately 400 dollars in extra fees. I asked to have these itemized. The staff member was unable to do this with any detail. When I asked him to find out, he told me the fees were set by Honda Canada and out of the dealaership's control and to talk to Honda Canada. I talked to Honda Canada and they said it was entirely up to the dealership and they would break down fees for me. Which one lied? When I went in to sign final papers, I again asked for a breakdown of fees. A different staff person said about 60 for a safety, 15 for Carproof and... hemming and hawing... the rest for... "paperwork". THREE HUNDRED + DOLLARS FOR PAPERWORK?? His responses to me were things like, "yes, it's excessive", "nobody likes paying fees but we have to", "it's not that bad you're making more of this than is necessary" (scolding a customer?), "Winnipeg Honda does not charge document fees". I have purchased two brand new vehicles there and leased a third. I did that specifically to build a loyalty relationship. 400 dollars may seem like nothing to Winnipeg Honda, but it matters to hard working wage earners. To waffle and lie and not be able to justify this charge is wrong. Asking to have this charge itemized does not seem to be an unreasonable thing for a consumer to ask. I will no longer be doing business with Winnipeg Honda. Any dealership willing to throw a loyal customer for a 400 dollar cash grab says it all. More

And every time i had to find the way how to get to work for 0700 because there shuttle start work at 0730. Also they didn't even fix one of the issue i have with my brand new car . I feel as a customer frustration and disappointment . Untrusted service , wasting time only . Would not ever go back there again !!! More
Terrible customer service after leasing vehicle. I leased a 2016 crv with extended warranty and new winter tires on rim. They installed my tires and stated that there was no room for the all seasons I leased a 2016 crv with extended warranty and new winter tires on rim. They installed my tires and stated that there was no room for the all seasons in my SUV. I then went again to have my heated seats looked at and asked them once again to put the tires in the car. Still they said there was no room. I was told to take my time and pick them up when I was available. I was never told that the dealership wasn't responsible if anything happened to the tires while in their building. I was never told that if I took too long they would charge me or that there was a risk of them losing it or miss labelling the tires. Well....I called to have my oil changed and have my all season tires put on. They informed me that they could not find the tires and that it was my fault for leaving it with them for 4 months. I agree that I should have picked them up...I do live on the other side of the city and it honestly slipped my mind. I was never called and asked if I was going to pick it up. My wife and I returned to the dealership and spoke to the serviceman and service manager. My wife and I both felt like we were being ganged up on and blamed. They treated us as if we were trying to steal their money or something...we simply want the tires we paid for. After going back and forth and having the both of them continuously blame us, the service manager went back on everything he said and stated that he wasn't blaming us...even though that's exactly what he was doing just seconds before. I am now waiting until Tuesday to hopefully have some kind of resolution, but in all honesty I am not expecting much. I will be extremely surprised if anything happens at all. They also said they want us to wait until the tires show up. I asked him how long this could take and he said he didn't know. I am still driving on expensive winter tires and I am going on a trip to Edmonton in a couple of weeks. It's ridiculous that after spending all this money on a brand new vehicle, I have to deal with this nonsense. No matter what the Manager says, I will never accept that it was my fault for their disorganization. They also kept telling me that they deal with a lot of tires and I'm lucky they didn't throw mine out in the garbage. I'm sorry, but every business I have ever seen deals with many things all at once. This is no excuse. The Manager also became quite aggressive in the way he spoke to us when I told him that the service I received at Chevrolet was far superior to this dealership. Everyone I spoke to about this agrees that it is Hondas fault, they had the tires, they lost them. It's as simple as that. Whatever happened in between does not matter, I never touched the tires after they were taken off the vehicle. It makes no sense to me that tires lost at the dealership is my fault. I called honda directly and they were completely useless. It honestly sounded like some teenager talking to me. I have lost all faith in Hondas customer service. I love their cars but am very disappointed in the servive. I had much better service with chevy. More
No respect for customer, dont waste your time comming here! Was in the market for an suv. Had previously shopped a few other brands and obtained pricing. Set up an appointment here to get a price on a Honda. after about 40 minutes and a test drive, I asked for a price on a monthly payment on a 4 or 5 year lease. also informed the salesman what the other brands were quoting for similar vehicles, adding that I expected their quote to be in the same ballpark. after leaving for about 5 minutes the salesman returned saying his manager refused to give a quote because they were so far away from the other quote I received. anyone wanting to purchase a Honda here should first consult the Honda Canada site and use the build and price feature. that's the price you should pay. these guys are one of the bad dealerships that pad their profit with items like a $600 tire protection package. Don't shop here. More
