Originally, I had put in a request online for a test drive. This was at approximately 10:50pm Saturday night. Within TEN minutes I was contacted by Andy Chan about making an appointment. The next few days we exchanged emails about a meeting date and time, the model I wanted to see and what options I wanted to explore. The communication window was so open, it was like grandma just put a pie on the windowsill. Anyone would want to go up to it. Yesterday, I met with Andy. The staff and atmosphere at Winnipeg Honda was so friendly and inviting, it made me feel much less nervous...considering this was the FIRST TIME looking at/purchasing a car. Coffee and tea were offered and Andy went through the entire leasing process with me. All my questions were answered, and not once did I ever feel pressured into doing anything. I was able to laugh and have a conversation with him as if I was over for coffee and cookies. Andy accompanied me during the test drive. Most first impressions set the stage for a lot of important things, and driving this car was one of those times. Almost as good as impressing your future in laws! I was sold. Went back to the dealership, priced it out, and began the journey to Hondahood. Andy passed me over to Judy, the financial manager. Super nice lady! loved talking with her. Anyone who likes Starbucks and iPhones as much as me is OK in my books! Judy walked me through how the payments worked, and the additional warranties that are offered. When all was said and done, it was a matter of setting up a day to actually pick up my new wheels. Conveniently for me, they were able to hand this baby off to me today...yeah...this happened yesterday! Needless to say, I didn't sleep a wink last night! Not only that, but Andy picked me up from my home an brought me to the dealership today. Spoke with Judy again and signed a mountain of paperwork, then did my business with Autopac who also picked me up. After business was taken care of, I was brought back to Winnipeg Honda, got pictures taken with my new civic and was introduced to the entire staff...I should say family. Each one of them are wonderful! Before I got to drive out of the showroom, Andy gave me a walk through of the entire car, and before you know it, I was driving out of there a free man! Overall, from beginning to end, my experience at Winnipeg Honda exceeded my expectations to degrees I wouldn't have even thought of! Normally just looking at a car in a lot is stressful. Being bombarded with slick salesmen who are looking for a quick sale is exhausting. Save that for the movies. You know how you sell cars? Treat customers like family. I can proudly say that I am part of that family now. I have Andy's number and email address in my phone, and will never hesitate to give him a shout if I need anything. He made sure to tell me that at least 100 times. Judy was unlike any manager I have ever met! Her personality is so warm and inviting I actually wanted to talk to her. I've only had my civic for half a day, and already I'm in love! Words cannot express how happy I am. Thank you so much to Winnipeg Honda! They're doing things the right way! More
The entire staff at Winnipeg Honda was so warm and friendly, especially Andy Chan and Elvis Balkissoon. Both of these individuals took such great care of us and completely exceeded our expectations. Specifically, Andy demonstrated excellent customer care by taking the time to listen to our needs, explain the key features of each car in laymen terms, allowed us ample time to test drive a car, and stayed past closing hours to ensure that everything went smoothly with Elvis, who was also exceptional, witty,and funny. The day that I picked up my vehicle also happened to be my birthday and so Andy ensured that the screen saver reflected that,surprised me with a birthday cake and balloons, and took a picture of us to document our special day! An email with the picture he took was already in our email inbox by the time we got home. Now that's amazing customer service. We will definitely refer all of our friends and families who are interested in purchasing or leasing a Honda to the “Honda Guy” and his partner in crime Elvis. More
Well, what can I say? In July 2012, My wifae Andrea nd I bought a 2002 Honda Odyssey minivan from Myles at Winnipeg Honda. After the tenth day, the check engine light came on. We brougth it in that next day bought a 2002 Honda Odyssey minivan from Myles at Winnipeg Honda. After the tenth day, the check engine light came on. We brougth it in that next day, and connected with Josh in Service. Our customer care was hands down the best I've ever seen. With the exception of waiting awhile, everything was excellent. We had the van in 2 more times over the next 2 months. Up to this point, Winnipeg Honda absorbed all costs, they even paid for a rental car on one occasion. We decided that when the light cames on for the fourth time, to unload the van. Myles and Josh referred us to Dave Zulak, who just last week took our odyssey back, and traded it for a 2004 Toyota Sienna. Although we prefer Honda to Toyota, we are more than satisfied with the outcome. We are on a very fixed income, and had cashed what we could of our RRSPs to make this purchase. Not having to pay anymore for the trade was superior customer service. My wife and I previously owned a Dodge Caravan (2003), and prior to that, a Chevrolet Venture (1999). Those vehicles cleaned out what we could save, and we ended up with a loss in both situations. I am quite certain that this Sienna, combined with the excellent customer care and quality of the staff, will meet and surpass our needs! More

I received exceptional service from both Ken McRae and Judy Zulak. Ken was knowledgeable, friendly and really put me at ease that he had my best interest in mind. David provided an exceptional service and help. Not only he was very friendly and welcoming, he also made us wonderful Chinese tea that he bought for himself from China. I traded my old car in and I also sold to the dealership my winter tires. It happened that my husband was away on business trip, and I wouldn't be able to load my winter tires to the car. David came to help - he drove to my house, loaded the tires for me, and I went to the dealership where David went through all the features of my new Honda CRV, as well he synchronized my iphone with the car, and showed me how to add more phones and use all the features. Awesome sirvice that I never experienced before in any dealership in Winnipeg. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is thinking about buying a car. Inessa More

Andy Chan listened to what we needed in our car and how much the cost that we can pay for. He paid attention to what kind of ideal car we'd like to get though we can't afford it, so he offered us an altern much the cost that we can pay for.
