We were greeted upon arrival into the lot, by Andrew Franco who was very friendly! The part we enjoyed the most about Winnipeg Honda was that they never made us feel pressured about buying a vehicle. Andrew made sure that all our needs in a vehicle were met and that at the end of the day we would purchase a vehicle that we loved! After going through a few options we finally decided to go with a brand new 2013 CRV. As consumers, we usually go through the bank for loans when purchasing high priced things but Judy Zulak reassured us that going through the dealership was an easy process that wouldn't cause any sort of stress. She was very understanding and helpful which eased us in the decision of having to go through the dealership. She constantly kept us updated on what was happening with the vehicle and made sure that purchasing a vehicle through Winnipeg Honda would be stress free and an enjoyable experience, which it was. When we came to pick up the vehicle Andrew was very thorough in educating us how the vehicle worked and all the various programs and buttons which made adjusting to a brand new vehicle so much easier! My husband and I were looking for a used Civic. Winnipeg Honda was close to us so I decided to look on line to see what used Civics they might have. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Andrew. We sat with Andrew and discussed what we were looking for. Andrew pulled up their used listings and told us about another Civic which I did not see on line. It had lower Kilometres and was a model up. We looked at the car and decided to take it for a test drive. The car met all of our criteria and then some. We were pleased with the vehicle and decided to purchase it. We then met Elvis to finalize our purchase. There was a command start in the vehicle but no fobs for it. I asked Elvis if he could look into fobs for us. When we picked up our car, the fob was available and already programmed for us. We are very happy with our vehicle and the wonderful service we received throughout our purchase process! More

I was in the Winnipeg Honda Dealership regarding a potential paint job. While I was waiting for Josh (Service) to check on may car, I ran into Judy. We discussed about the Honda SUV and during the discussion, Judy suggested I trade my SUV for the 2013 Honda CRV model. I was not very sure what to do, but Judy put me at ease and explained to me the benefits in a such a beautiful way that I ended up buying the 2013 Honda CRV LX. Judy suggested that I take a test drive, after the test drive, I was convinced this is the car! Judy asked Pankaj to explain the features of the SUV. Pankaj explained to me the features of the new vehicle in very simple, matter of fact language and I was left with no doubts or questions regarding the Honda CRV. Excellent presentation. He even provided me with a features comparison of the 2009 and 2013 models (pros and cons). During my interaction with these two extremely professional, honest and helpful individuals, I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a SUV. I am very happy with my Honda 2013 SUV and delighted in the manner Judy and Pankaj interacted with me. I give them NOT 10 out 10 BUT 15 out of 10. More

Once we got down to the business of closing the deal I was impressed with his ability to focus on my requirements and expectations; including finalizing the price and incorporating my additional requests for inclusion of those accessories I needed to ensure the end product was what I wanted. Little details like making sure some of the bumps and scatches were eliminated made the 2011 Pilot look like new! His post sales commitment and assurances to address any outstanding issues as they may arise and to monitor any servicing visits and arrange appropriate courtesy vehicles if required, will ensure a continued relationship with Winnipeg Honda including my next service. I went to trade my car for another used car (06 Mini Cooper S). I wasn't satisfied because of many problems so I took it back after 2 days. They let me pick one on the new car section which they aren't Cooper S). I wasn't satisfied because of many problems so I took it back after 2 days.
