I would, and will recommend Winnipeg Honda to anyone looking to buy a new car. The salesman (Brad) was not pushy, but very knowledgeable. We felt we were treated with the upmost respect. The new vehicle we chose was on route to the dealership, and the process occurred exactly how Brad promised. The timeline he quoted on the car to arrive, be PDI'd, windows tinted,etc was very quick and we honestly expected to be disappointed as we headed into Easter long weekend. We were thrilled when everything happened as promised. We really appreciated the "extras" such as the presentation of the car with the bow, the shuttle waiting to take us to Autopac, and the thorough walk through before we left with our new Accord. The financing process was fast and pleasant, Elvis was very friendly and genuine in our dealings with him. The people at this dealership go above and beyond and offer first class service! More
I found my experience with Winnipeg Honda & James to be very relaxing. James was easy to deal with and very friendly. I obviously went to Winnipeg Hond to find a Honda, but it was only after dealing with James that I felt confortable buying the car that I did. The sales team was very helpful, as I went through the options for warranty, etc. and at no time did I feel pressured for "Add-ons", but at the same time, I was well informed with all the options available. Great experience all around, and I am looking forward to my next car purchase with James. Thanks!! More

In regards to his selling ability he was exceptional in that he presented several options that suited my needs. The trade in was fair and we could come up to a quick and fair understanding on purchase. It was nice to work with Michael again. He presented several option that met budget and needs. He is both insightful and thorough. Elvis did a very nice job finishing where Michael left off, quick and efficient and was ready the minute I walked in the door. Andrew did a great job walking me through all the features. And finally what a fantastic send off; meeting the team, the cake and the drive out. I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last 10 years, three of them new. Every step of this experience with Honda was, surprisingly, a new one for me. I had a bad experience with VW, and was looking to trade i of them new. Every step of this experience with Honda was, surprisingly, a new one for me. I had a bad experience with VW, and was looking to trade in. Every dealership I spoke to, including VW themselves, gave me a trade-in price in the low 20,000s. New Experience #1: Honda gave me as much as $7,000 more for my trade than other dealerships. Our salesman, James, is New Experience #2. I expected, and even anticipated, some small talk and general chat. With James, however, the experience was far more personable. His friendliness doesn't come off as just a means to an end, but as someone genuinely interested in helping. The Finance Manager, Judy, was another pleasant aspect. She introduced us to New Experience #3, a warranty option that allows us to purchase more when it runs out (time/KMs). This is the first time I've paid more for the protection plan than the warranty. Finally, this brings us to New Experience #4. After the sale, when we came to pick up the vehicle, we found that we wouldn't be just driving it off the lot. It was in pristine condition, on the show floor, with a signed "thank you" sheet as well as a big red bow. Then, all of the staff on hand (it seemed) came and congratulated us on the purchase. The 15 or so people there applauding did kind of make us feel on the spot a bit, but it seems they take their "treat like family" mindset to its fullest extent. Not only would I recommend them to others, I already have to my parents. If the vehicle treats me as well as this dealership, I can't imagine going elsewhere. More
We visited Winnipeg Honda recently in a search for an SUV. We had seen the ad for a Rogue on their website and decided to go look. We had been looking at SUVs for a bit and I was beginning to dread sal SUV. We had seen the ad for a Rogue on their website and decided to go look. We had been looking at SUVs for a bit and I was beginning to dread sales people. Immediately when we walked in the doors we were greeted by the manager. He sent us to Myles who took excellent care of us from there. He was honest and straightforward with us and at no time did we feel pressure to buy. Winnipeg Honda was our first stop so we told him we had a few others to look at. We looked at a couple of SUVs but came back to Winnipeg Honda, specifically because we were comfortable dealing with Myles and honestly didn't trust buying from anyone else as much as him. As soon as we walked back in the door the manager remembered us. Myles was very honest with us and was not just trying to sell us on something we didn't want. He sold us a vehicle we are in love with and helped us make a seamless transaction. He sent us onto Michael who helped us finish the transaction. Michael took very good care of us and explained everything we needed to know. They worked hard to let us take home our new vehicle that night and booked us in promptly to come for a detailed cleaning (even though it was already spotless!) and threw in some extras because he felt we had waited for him to finalize everything a bit too long. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience and can honestly say we will be back to Winnipeg Honda and buy from Myles again (and I can't say that about a lot of dealerships!). We will most definitely be recommending Winnipeg Honda to friends and family. Thanks!! More

I had already made a previous purchase with Andy and Judy just around 2 years ago. I came back to Andy asking him if he can figure out something for me as I had a 'special' situation. I explained everything just around 2 years ago. I came back to Andy asking him if he can figure out something for me as I had a 'special' situation. I explained everything to him in detail via email and the reply I got was 'Sure, bud. Just come in and we'll look at all our options for you.'. This came as my first pleasant surprise with my second Honda purchase. After that, despite the difficult factors including difficult people such as I, We we're still able to close the deal especially with Judy's courteous and very patient financing prowess. My description is very vague as most of the juicy details are rather personal and could even be considered gossipy and uncalled for if told here by me so I will try to make up for it in my last sentence. They had told me before and after the purchase that they do want to make sure that everything is 100% - 10/10 - customer experience no less. Of course, to me, this is the #1 line of every sales person in the world. In this particular purchase, I actually had to call them out on it and they delivered. I'd say they lied to me and gave me 110% 11/10 Customer Experience. :) Thanks Judy and Andy! P.S - The third one, when the 'Honda Urban' comes out.. I'll be back! lol More
