They provided with the most support during my most difficult time. The event happened as follows, around noon on January 16th, I was driving with my mother from Mackenzie hospital to Newmarket South Lake hospital to support my father’s heart surgery procedure. Just as we were driving before Elgin Mills on Yonge street, a huge plastic bag landed onto the middle of the road - right in front of my car. There were many cars driving closely behind me, hence I could not stop to avoid the obstacle, but rather I had to try to drive over it. However because the plastic bag was so large, it got intertwined into my engine and starting making clunking noises and exerting a strong burning plastic scent. I was very worried about my father and was very frustrated about my car because it seemed like there was no way to keep driving with my car in that state. I saw Wilson Niblett almost immediately after the incident, and I decided to turn into the dealership to try to figure out a way to pull the plastic out of my engine. I went under the car to try to pull the plastic bag out of the engine, however it would not budge. So I went into the dealership to borrow a pair of scissors to try to cut loose the plastic bag. There were three gentleman standing in the shop, it looked like they were having a meeting. After hearing that I needed to borrow a pair of scissors, one gentleman went into the back to grab me a pair to lend me - I later learned that his name is John. He then inquired more information about why I needed to borrow a pair of scissors, and came outside in just a sweater to see the state of my car. He wanted to help me take out the plastic bag, but it was so difficult he could not do much either. At this time, a mechanic named Ralph came out of the garage, and John asked Ralph to take a look at my car. Ralph went under my car with no hesitation in the cold to check out my car. For 10 minutes, Ralph tried to take out the plastic bag from my engine, however he only managed to take out a small part of it. John then asked Ralph if it’s possible to move the car into the garage so they can raise it up to examine and figure out a solution to fix my car. Then John, Ralph and another young gentleman spent 40 minutes in the garage to try to take out the plastic bag, because the bag had already started to melt onto the engine. In the end, the three of them were all dripping with sweat and successfully removed the majority of the plastic bag. After the job was done, John showed me my car, and there was a lot of plastic bag remains on the ground. In addition to this, John knew that my father was going to undergo surgery, he spent time comforting my mother and I about this situation. During this hard time in my life, John, Ralph and the gentleman really made my day better and helped me out so much not with just my car, but they made it possible for me to get to the hospital in time to be in the company of my father. Even though I thought of myself as being very unlucky that all these things were happening to me all at once, receiving help from these gentlemen made me realize that I still have things to be grateful for in life. In the end, I asked for John’s business card, and found out that he is actually the General Sales Manager. Although I was not his customer, he gave me such tremendous help, my family and I were in awe of his generosity. Even now we have no way of thanking him for what he has done, but I just wanted to share what great customer service Wilson Niblett provides, and what excellent staffs the company consists of. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They kindly offered to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership when the job was done, but kept me waiting almost an hour until I gave up and went for an appointment. Finally, they neglected to inflate the tires correctly, so I had to ask for this to be done again. All round sloppy service. More

I h I tried to buy a car from this dealership before but without luck as they were unable to facilitate the finance process however they did try hard. I had no choice but to purchase from another dealership. TODAY I went to see GARY about buying a Malibu. I requested a test drive. He took my license, made a copy, came back and said "take the brochure home, study it and come back and let me know which model you want to drive". xxx! What a joke you are GARY and what an embarrassment Wilson Niblett. Guess where I'm off to right now - yes that other dealership! Good Luck to you Wilson Niblett! More

Great honest Service inside, not so much at CarStar. My review unfortunatley will have to be bitter sweet. I really had an awesome experience in the dealership haveing my summer/winter tire swapped. Stev My review unfortunatley will have to be bitter sweet. I really had an awesome experience in the dealership haveing my summer/winter tire swapped. Steve Cunnigham has absolutley amazing top notch Customer service. Ive known Steve for 15 years and he has always given me outstanding Customer Service. Coleen at the Customer service counter has an amazing attitude and really knows how to make a Customer feel welcome and invited, The mechanic Jason, who worked on my vehicle also had a very helthy attitude and was very pleasent to work with. Jason also took the time to give some sound advise regarding the tire nuts rusting. Hi suggestion was to purchase caps that go over top of the nuts preventing the salt and ice from penetrating. This experience of course would have earned the dealership a 4 Star rating. However, my experience did not stop there becasue I was about to pay a visit to the CarStar body shop also owned by WIlson Niblet right next door. I was curious to find out how much it would cost to have my winter rims painted. I thought perfect time, perfect place. I have the rims in the back of my truck so the salesman would be able to see them. The gentleman at CarStar came out had a look and said that there will have to be some sanding due to the rust spots and the tires will have to be removed off the rims in order to do the job properly. I said okay no problem. How much for all for to be painted black? He continued to say that there was labour involved. I said I understand that. How much? My perception ( the Customer's perception is your reality) was that he wasn't interested in this small job and made me feel as if I didn't count and that even though I was and have been a Customer at that specific CarStar in the past, that this job wasn't good enough. He even gave me the name of a body shop down the street that may do it for less. His quote was $1,300.00 for four rims. Thats more than I paid for BRAND NEW SNOW TIRES AND RIMS. Unfortunatley, this person left me unhappy and unsatisfied as a customer. More

Service was dishonest - unnecessary repairs Over several months this dealer damaged the wheels where the wheel studs broke off, claimed I had a transmission line oil leak, when I checked there w Over several months this dealer damaged the wheels where the wheel studs broke off, claimed I had a transmission line oil leak, when I checked there was none, repeated an oil change one month apart and had to replace the oil plug because the used an impact wrench to remove it and stripped the threads. The tires they put on the car were mismatched tire sizes. Then they charged for a transmission oil and filter change they did not do. Transmission shifted so badly I went to another dealer to get it done and the problem went away. To top it off, when I filled in the GM survey on what happened, the service manager emailed me and said I should never come back !!! Wilson Niblett treats customers as 'marks'. I'll never go back!!
