Awful I visited this dealership last week to do a test drive. When we returned to the office, the sales man, Gary tried to get me to give my cc info even th I visited this dealership last week to do a test drive. When we returned to the office, the sales man, Gary tried to get me to give my cc info even though I was very clear that I was still car shopping and needed time. He said that I could provide the info and if I wanted to back out, I'd be refunded. That didn't sit well with me and should have given me a clear indication not to deal with them, despite how I liked the car (well maintained, came with snow tires, low kms, etc). When I said no he repeated that I had nothing to worry about, it was only to secure the vehicle should anyone else show up wanting to buy it. Well maybe he was under the assumption no one does their research but the car had already been on the lot for over half a year, and I was willing to take that chance, so I did not provide my cc no. Then I asked him for 24 hours till the following evening, to give me a chance to think about it. (I was shopping for other cars) He did not. He started calling me the following morning. I replied the next day telling him what I was willing to offer based on my research. He (the dealership) did not come down 1 dollar, telling me it was already at a good price, came with snow tires, etc. I know dealerships do no make a lot on used vehicles, however, I was also purchasing extended warranty, which they do make a nice profit on. And during our exchanges at no point did they offer anything in lieu of a decrease in price, such as free oil filter changes, etc...When I took a step back and realized how pressured Gary was making me feel, I did not wait to hear what they were (or if they were) willing to come down to at all. I sent an email advising I was no longer interested. They whole experience was not a good feeling. And I felt my intelligence was insulted. More

Even promised to get me a rental, but once again stalled, and I got notta. Thankfully the GM dealer at Niagara Motors helped me and then the Nissan dealer covered the tranny. This dealership only cares about the sale, not the customer. Take your hard earned money somewhere else where they value you as a customer and take care of you! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM More

I have a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and have always taken it to Chevrolet dealerships for service. This vehicle is the first one I have bought brand new. The Staff at Wilson Niblett have always been exceptional, fast and friendly. From finding out a headlight was out, near there closing time, or last minute oil change requests - - the service team have always fixed it for me right away. I am very thankful to have found Wilson Niblett and fully trust there work with my aging Equinox. More

The parts were on backorder and the Management team brought in a brand new car and exchanged it with mine so that I would have a reliable vehicle for my vacation. Unprofessional agent, sounds like an scammers I went there to trade my Jetta 2015 with a Buick encore. The agent was so slow and that took time to give a quote for ever. 45 min stay and he finally I went there to trade my Jetta 2015 with a Buick encore. The agent was so slow and that took time to give a quote for ever. 45 min stay and he finally couldn't print a quote. The price that they offered me was almost $90 over than Buick website. When I asked for the reason, he didn't have any rational reason for that and just tried to squeeze the word. I won't get back there again. More

I can tell this is the service they are only interested to up-sell service that is not required. Poorly managed company. Don;t go there. More
