One complaint to the service manager he was not any better. I would highly recommend that nobody go to get their vehicle serviced at the dealership unless you want to get taken advantage of! More

Benjy rocked!! Benjy went out of her way to help me. There was a back log of clients at the time and I just needed to change my tires over. I was informed they were extremely busy and it coud be a few hours. I explained that I couldn't leave my car for that long. It was my birthday and had family planning a dinner so I need to get it done soon. Benjy said give me a few minutes and yes she found a way to accommodate me. I was on my way in 45 minutes! She is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable; and as a result, offers an amazing customer service. On one occasion I needed service in the morning and had a work meeting. Shirley ensured my car was ready within a reasonable amount of time for me to get to my meeting across the city. Whether I leave my car or wait in the waiting room, Shirley frequently follows up on the status of the repair. I've recommended 2 people so far to consult with Shirley and they have both been satisfied with the service received. More

Shirley is the best adviser I have ever dea I had my Buick Enclave for 2.5 yrs now and since then I have been taking it for service at Wilson Niblett. Shirley is the best adviser I have ever dealt with, very knowledgeable, caring and most importantly offers an amazing customer service. I have to share an incident where my car was in service and I was supposed to pick it up later in the afternoon. However, the pickup time clashed with my kids' bus returning from school. Instead of sending me the shuttle to pick me up, as usual, Shirley drove my car to my house and had the shuttle return her to the service center, as I had my young kids with me and weren't able to leave them behind. That's the extra mile she goes to ensure her clients are happy and safe. More
