DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL behavior in Wilson-Niblett Motors – General Motors Service Department in Richmond Hill. Episode 1 - Spring 2024. Services were provided to my vehicle in Spring 2024 by the S Motors – General Motors Service Department in Richmond Hill. Episode 1 - Spring 2024. Services were provided to my vehicle in Spring 2024 by the Service Adviser RICCO RODRIGUEZ, including: 1) Checking wheel alignment 2) Changing winter tires - According to Ricco wheel alignment was absolutely necessary and I’ve agreed. When I came to pick the car, Ricco had assured me that the alignment was done. When I asked for the chart of computer diagnostics of the alignment angles, he has assured me that it’s in the car, but it was nowhere to be found. When I’ve mentioned that, Ricco had to admit that that job was NOT done. - Wheel replacement: Wheel rotation / installation was wrong had to be redone. It was very upsetting, but I thought it was not typical, so I’ve decided not to write a review. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Episode 2 - November 2024. This November I needed more services from Wilson-Niblett Motors – General Motors Richmond Hill Service Department, such as: 1) Replace summer tires; 2) Figure out what’s causing the noise in the rear of the car. - I’ve asked about the total price for changing tires and was told $85 +tax I was billed $10 more, as Ricco added “gloves, acetylene, cleaner”, though he had never mentioned that customers pay extra for worker’s gloves and for the solvent. At the same time Ricco didn't even set the correct tire pressure! - As for the noise diagnostics: Ricco had never mentioned the price for this service, he just added another $95 to the bill. However, I doubt Ricco’s conclusion that the steering column is the source of the noise, as the noise is clearly coming from the back or from the center of the car. That’s why I can find only 2 words to describe Ricco’s performance: DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL More

Do not I repeat DO NOT ever purchase a vehicle from Wilson-Niblett!! In March, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from Wilson-Niblett. Little did we know, it would have been our worst nightmare. B Wilson-Niblett!! In March, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from Wilson-Niblett. Little did we know, it would have been our worst nightmare. Besides the horrible customer service from our sales man, our families life was put on the line. During the safety of the vehicle, the technician missed a leaking brake line. Shortly after picking up the vehicle my husband noticed that the line was pissing brake fluid while two of our three children were in the car with him. As a "solution" we were told to bring the vehicle back to have it looked at and repaired. Just when we thought that we were out of the woods, the line began to leak again but this time with our entire family in the car. We were told to bring the vehicle back in and were offered a few complementary oil changes as a compensation. At this point the dealership had us in a rental vehicle twice over a couple of months. BUT IT DOESN'T STOP THERE..... Last week while driving, the vehicle began to shake uncontrollably and began to make a very loud noise. When we pulled over, my husband noticed that three of the four wheels had the wrong wheel nuts and were extremely loose. My husband was able to twist the nut off with the smallest twist of his hand. Once again, the technician failed to do his job correctly. Due to the negligence, irresponsibility and inattentiveness of the technician, not only could my three children's life been put to risk from not having brake fluid or having the wheels fly off while on the highway, this could have lead to fatality to other drivers on the road. I was unable to sleep for many nights. As a result of the incident that occurred, after spending five hours at the dealership last week going back and forth with the GM, we were offered to reverse the deal and to get our money back. It has come to our attention today while browsing the inventory that the Nissan has been relisted. Not only was it relisted, but it is listed for more than what we paid, and what was returned to us. No other compensation was offered to us which was absolutely appalling. If any fatalities occurred due to the negligence of Wilson-Niblett, it would have costed them way more than the cost of the car. I pray and hope that my review reaches as many people as possible and that any potential customers will think twice about giving this dealership any business and most importantly putting their trust and lives in their hands. I hope that no other mother has to ever face such a terrible event that could have cost them their child(rens) lives. More

This dealer always provide the worst service does not matter you done your work or call for parts. I been trying to call them few times this week just to find out that I need transmission fluid and put m matter you done your work or call for parts. I got ripped off by this dealership for an extended warranty on a used car, the person who sold me this vehicle now no longer works there and I have had other sales people call me and tell me they sold warranty on a used car, the person who sold me this vehicle now no longer works there and I have had other sales people call me and tell me they sold my vehicle when I never wanted to sell my vehicle. I paid over $3000 for an extended warranty only to find out that I paid that amount from the in service date which means from the original person who bought the vehicle not from the date that I purchased the vehicle so beware, so instead of being under warranty until 2026 in ends in November 2023. THIS IS FRAUD AND SO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS DEALERSHIP WILL RIP YOU OFF AND ALSO CHECK THE PAPER WORK More
