oil change on a cold day I took my Rav in for an oil change and I was told due to the extremely cold weather the usual car wash was not happening. I begged my service rep as w I took my Rav in for an oil change and I was told due to the extremely cold weather the usual car wash was not happening. I begged my service rep as we had just returned from a long car trip and the vehicle was covered in salt and sand. When my servicing was done, my Rav appeared clean and shining. The service rep had come through for me. She is always helpful and friendly but this was really going that extra mile and I appreciate it. Thanks More
Surprised I have used the Whitby Toyota Service Department since approx. 1997. On the whole the service has been Good, but on the two occasions I have brought, I have used the Whitby Toyota Service Department since approx. 1997. On the whole the service has been Good, but on the two occasions I have brought, what I considered valid concerns with respects to the repairs provided, there was great reluctance to remedy the problems, even after appealing to the Manager. On the second occasion, I was told to take my car elsewhere if I am not happy with the service. Quite surprising, as it is not the comment one would expect from a major dealer, to a Customer who have used the Department over a number of years. More

My encounters with Debbie - Front Desk is always a joy - her professionalism, dedication and always advising - when I thought perhaps I could not afford the work that was required at that time - of the options that were available to me. Your establishment is only "as good as the people you employee" - and obviously with committed individuals that you continue to employ - your reputation for service is, in my opinion, outstanding. I absolutely love my 2003 Corolla LE and with over 203,000 km's I will continue to travel down the road. More

My car was starting to have issue and wanted to have it looked at by a technician and the soonest appointment they had was 10 days later! Before I was able to take my car to Whitby the issue seemed to be g looked at by a technician and the soonest appointment they had was 10 days later! Before I was able to take my car to Whitby the issue seemed to be getting worse called another toyota dealership and could of had it inspected THAT day if i wasnt so busy at work. I understand sometime schedules can back up so i didnt hold it against them and figured i'd give them another shot at a later time My next experience was having a battery replaced. Booked an appointment (thankfully this time only 3 days in advance) and brought my car in. When I asked how long it would take to complete the job I was told 45 minutes so i decided to wait instead of taking a shuttle home. Over a hour and a half later the job was still not done and after inquiring about the status was told "they got busy and it should be done shortly". Once completed I checked everything out and found a couple issues with the job. First the automatic window operation was not working. After telling them the issue a mechanic came out and fixed it in 30 second (the system needed to be reset which is apparently part of their battery replacement procedure). This could have been more of a headach if i had driven off the lot. The second issue was they broke my plastic trunk liner. Once i pointed it out to them I was told "bring it back and we will fix it". They did end up "fixing" it (fixing in quoates as it is a sloppy job imo) but i had to call them a week after dropping it off to check if it was ready. I would rather drive 45 minutes to another toyota dealership then deal with Whitby Toyota again. More
