Bad service I went there to fix my flat tire for my brand new Prius. Amanda the service rep asked me to bring the tire size. When I went back with the tire size, I went there to fix my flat tire for my brand new Prius. Amanda the service rep asked me to bring the tire size. When I went back with the tire size, I had to wail on the line again. This time another service rep served me . He didn't ask me about the tire size. He knew he can check it on the computer. I had to wait more than three hours to fix the tire. Weird questions, no respect for customers. (May be I bought my car @ Donvalley). I will never go back here. More

I'm allergic...so now on top of being sick my eyes are watering and itching. As well they tried to charge me for my oil change evendors though it's supposed to be included with my lease and extended warranty package. This is my first time bringing my new car in for servicing. Not impressed at all!!! Somebody could at least come tell me there is nobody to drive me home so I could have had a friend drive me but nope...nothing. here's to karma givon every last person I'm in contact with in this place my cold! Next time I get a Honda!! More

Poor Service Department I had a brake job done and they replaced the rotors on all four wheels and used the existing pads. $ 800 later and the vehicle drives no differently I had a brake job done and they replaced the rotors on all four wheels and used the existing pads. $ 800 later and the vehicle drives no differently then the when I took it in this morning. I have already noticed the scoring of one of the rotors. Arranged pick-up for 3:00 pm and I had to phone them to come and pick me up. They arrived at 4:10 pm. I have had similar dealings with this dealership in the past and similar results. This is the last time I will be using this dealership More

Keith O’Neil was at the parts counter and he was so helpfu I was at the Whitby Toyota location a few weeks ago and needed parts for my 4runner truck. Keith O’Neil was at the parts counter and he was so helpful in assisting me with locating the parts I needed. He even took the time to walk out to the parking lot and helped me change my wiper blades. Having dedicated customer focused employees like Keith is definitely an excellent asset to Whitby Toyota. My experience comes from dealing with art in the service department. On a visit I had there for a problem I had I discussed what issues I was having with my car and the hard starting I was having. Instead of the problem diagnosed correctly was sold a battery which was not needed. The issue was with the ignition coil which I had to diagnose and fixed the issue. Why does art go or present himself as a service manager when people in the dealership tell me he's no manager? More
First time servicing at Toyota My RAV is my first sole-ownership vehicle and my baby. When it came time for an oil change the only place to go was to a Toyota service centre, and Whitby Toyota was the logical choice. Mikeala was at the service counter and she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She listened to me explain what I wanted looked at, and even enlisted the help of a nearby technician who nicely explained to me that one thing that I thought was a problem is actually a safety feature (who knew?). There were no issues with me bringing my RAV in the night before the scheduled appointment, either! At pick up I had the same pleasant customer service from Mikeala as the night before, and I was impressed that the cost was less than I had anticipated. They even brought my RAV up to the front for me (past experiences with other car makers had me going out to the lot to find my car wherever they had put it!). There is no doubt as to where my RAV will go for future servicing: to Whitby Toyota! Thank you! More
