Exceptional Customer Care I went to the Whitby Toyota dealership as a last resort in helping to solve a service issue. The owner Ian Kingsley and Service manager Tara Parsons went way over and above what I would have expected to help me out in every way possible. In short, the repair was done quickly, professionally and courteously with approximately 40% less cost than another Toyota dealer in my area. The time they spent with me when they were obviously tremendously busy was a testament to the care with which they treat every customer who walks through the door. I will be a loyal customer of this dealership for life! It was reaffirming to see that this level of service and care still exists. More

Rashid made my purchase experience at Whitby Toyota so easy. Reacenty I took my 2012 Rave 4 in for service . While I was there I decided to take a look at the vehicle inventory for a trade up. Having never purchased a vehicle on my own I was nervous and hesitant. I quickly realized that Rashid was not going to push me into purchasing anything that I was not 100 percent sure of. He diligently answered all of my questions and concerns . Most importantly he didn’t rush me and allowed me to take as much time as needed to make a decision without the pressure associated with most dealerships. In the end I decided to purchase and picked up my new Rave 4 two days later. I was then happy to see Rashid was in contact with me the next day to make sure I was 100 percent happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Rashid to all my friends and family when looking for a new vehicle. This is exactly the experience everyone should have when purchasing a vehicle. More

They fixed the air conditioning last time and got more than $300, and the system doesn’t work and yesterday they asked me to pay about $700 to fix their bad maintenance! I don’t recommend such place! I had a very bad experience with customer service, it was really nightmare. I left their place unsatisfied with their reactions and fake stories, nobody was care about my case. My car left your place with unsolved issue. More

Too Busy selling Tires. No Longer care about small town cust I have been waiting for a month to get an oil change. I have had my tundra since new in 2004 and always had excellent service at Whitby Toyota until I have been waiting for a month to get an oil change. I have had my tundra since new in 2004 and always had excellent service at Whitby Toyota until the last two years. I had the same problem last year when trying to get a simple oil change , it seems this time of year and in the spring they turn into a tire sales store or they have outgrown their ability to provide good service. You would think after having all the service done on a tundra for 14 years you deserve better treatment. I guess when the mileage reaches the time for an oil change and they are busy doing snow tires you need to park your Toyota and drive something else because you can no longer get good service at Whitby Toyota or Bowmanville Toyota. Ironically my wife purchased a Nissan and has no issues getting an oil change when needed. That is where I will have to take my Toyota till it is time to change to a newer truck, Guess what kind of vehicle I WILL NOT be purchasing in the future. Whitby Toyota has clearly outgrown there service capabilities and small town customers. More
Not a happy customer Bought a used 2015 RAV4, picked up the vehicle and it had a big scratch in the windshield, so I had to have the windshield replaced fortunately under Bought a used 2015 RAV4, picked up the vehicle and it had a big scratch in the windshield, so I had to have the windshield replaced fortunately under warranty. Then my next repair was in the timing chain area again fixed under warranty. Now I need front brakes and I've only driven 7000 km. Not thrilled at all would not recommend this dealership for a used vehicle. More

I had an issue with front brakes and dropped into Whitby Toyota to see about repairs. Service Advisor Tara Parsons provided prompt efficient analysis and pricing info. And important to me, I was not in any way pressured to get additional work or service ...... even though I was getting close to the next regular maintenance servicing. Within 1.5 hours my Tacoma was ready to go. An excellent service experience ...... and deserves to be highly recommended. More
