Used Prius C problem bought a used prius C privately. Had some expensive electrical issues from perhaps a previous accident, corrosion of the wires plus a mouse nest. Checked and found on the internet that toyota used soy based wiring. The prius C is low to the ground so can be amazing mice food! Cameron and Riley did a great job communicating the problem, and took extra time to diagnose the numerous warning lights that were buried with the technician. Very good dealership and well run. Rashid made my purchase experience at Whitby Toyota so easy. Reacenty I took my 2012 Rave 4 in for service . While I was there I decided to take a look at the vehicle inventory for a trade up. Having never purchased a vehicle on my own I was nervous and hesitant. I quickly realized that Rashid was not going to push me into purchasing anything that I was not 100 percent sure of. He diligently answered all of my questions and concerns . Most importantly he didn’t rush me and allowed me to take as much time as needed to make a decision without the pressure associated with most dealerships.
