This is my first Toyota purchase from this dealership which came recommended by a family friend and the service I must say was excellent. Bandula Dissanayake was the product advisor who assisted me in which came recommended by a family friend and the service I must say was excellent. Bandula Dissanayake was the product advisor who assisted me in getting this car despite being told that there would be a 10 month wait. I was going with a used car but was able to switch to a new car which became available. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in answering all my questions and there were many. I felt I was treated the way he would treat his mother. He corresponded with the Insurance person by text/fax/phone to get the information so that the car could be delivered the same day. I would recommend this dealership to others. Will was also very helpful in showing all the features of the car. More

My Girlfriend has a Prius C and she had all the warnings lights on dash and she went in to her local Toyota Dealer out west and they recommended work for over 4000 dollars. I called Adam Hassira at Whitby lights on dash and she went in to her local Toyota Dealer out west and they recommended work for over 4000 dollars. I called Adam Hassira at Whitby Toyota and he diagnosed the vehicle himself and it ended being just a wiring issue and speed sensor which costed me 300 dollars to fix and no more lights. Just want to say Thank you for your honesty and god bless you Adam. My girlfriend so happy now. More
