We reviewed couple of SUV's type car and we ended up buying the RAV4. I did what a mother does to her son to guide him the right decision of owning a good car. He has bad experience of getting a car from Honda previously, so this time I make sure that I will be involved in negotiation. But mind you he has the final say. We're happy of knowing Mr. Brown. He is such a wonderful and professional Sales person.He is very knowledgeable. He went through step by step with son how the vehicle operates. He takes his time unlike when I have my 2010 Highlander our salesguy from Pickering Toyota we never had briefing. He just show us the car in the lot and exchange hands with key and bank draft. WE are on our own. At this time we just had the car last 04-14-2014, so far don't see any negative remark with Rav4 yet except for the coffee/drink slot at the back wherein when I put by drink it tilt down. So there's no way to put your drink to that slot otherwise it will spill. It's manufacturing bad design I think. Otherwise so happy with our purchase. More

I must say how impressed I am with how clean and aesthetically appealing this dealership is. The waiting area with TV, comfortable seats, free coffee and snacks is commendable. The staff, are professional and friendly and they went beyond exceeding my expectations. I would like to tell you how. Last week, when I found out that my very old car needed a ridiculous amount of money to keep functioning and make it safe to drive I decided it was finally time to take the plunge and get a new vehicle. My husband and I had been doing our research for months and had narrowed our choices to down to 3 or 4 vehicles. Back in the fall we had come in to this dealership just to look around and the salesman who helped us was very friendly and helpful. We finally decided on the RAV4. We were also fairly confident that we wanted to come back to this dealership when the time came to make a purchase. On April 4th I came into the dealership looking for the same salesman but he was no longer there. I was introduced to Lance Anderson and the rest is history. We spoke at length and he took my information. At first the possibility of financing didn't look good and I was very disappointed. However, Lance suggested that I meet with Theresa Cervantes to see if there was anything she could do. He has great confidence in her abilities and upon meeting her I could see why. She is very confident without a trace of arrogance and her enthusiasm tells you that she loves what she does. After chatting for a while she told me not to give up hope and that she would do everything she could to help me get the vehicle I wanted. She was very thorough in her explanations and made sure I understood what she was trying to accomplish and why. The next time I heard from Theresa she had good news for me and I headed down to meet with her. Lance came in to help finalize the deal even though it was his day off. In less than one week, Theresa not only managed to get me financing for the RAV4 with all the accessories etc that I wanted, she also succeeded in lowering the interest rate to an amount that made the monthly payments manageable. This lady is a financial whiz! In closing I would just like to say that because of Lance and Theresa’s faith in us as reliable clients as well as their hard work and diligence, we have a vehicle that we desperately needed and absolutely love! They have also succeeded in going a long way to putting us back on the track to restoring our credit rating. Lance and Theresa are excellent at what they do and are true professionals. They are friendly and personable which quickly puts their clients at ease. I am so thankful that I came to your dealership when I did and had the luck to have Lance and subsequently Theresa take me on as a client. They are invaluable and essential to the success of Whitby Toyota. We will definitely come back when it’s time for our next car purchase. Sylvie Plourde More

From the initial phone call and meeting Teresa, I am lost for words. Being in the business I am in, I can recognize and know the value of good customer service. Theresa, you went above and beyond means in helping me attain exactly what I wanted. Your knowledge, expertise, hospitality, and excellent rapport exceeded my expectations. I’ve had my car for a week now and I absolutely loving it !!!. I have purchased many used cars in my time, and I have to say, this is by far the best experience I have had to date. I was lucky to have been referred to you Theresa. It has been a pleasure dealing with someone with such passion, drive and commitment in pleasing your customers. He new Toyota's history and he knew why the new Corolla LE was just the right new vehicle for me. Gary was patient. He was calm, laid back and made me feel extremely comfortable and never pressured. Through his guidance, it did not take me long to know I wanted a new Corolla. Still, I had a lot of questions and Gary took and gave as much time as I needed to get comfortable with my decision. He showed me everything under the hood, in the car and the trunk. We toured the building. So clean! I was treated like royalty. The test drive by myself sold me. Now I was ready to make a deal. Still, no pressure. We discussed options for the car and extended warranty. My new car payments fit into the budget I had in mind. Now, the security of knowing everything is on warranty and I will have nothing to worry about for a long time is priceless. My encounters with Debbie - Front Desk is always a joy - her professionalism, dedication and always advising - when I thought perhaps I could not afford the work that was required at that time - of the options that were available to me. Your establishment is only "as good as the people you employee" - and obviously with committed individuals that you continue to employ - your reputation for service is, in my opinion, outstanding. My only comment is that we purchased the limited and I'm not a fan of the "wood" on the dash and set earring wheel (I pre van! We love the sienna!
