David Takla was the financial services person that I dealt with as my car purchase was concluding. First of all, I should mention that my Mom was the only pushy was the financial services person that I dealt with as my car purchase was concluding. First of all, I should mention that my Mom was the only pushy one in the room, because she had an appointment later that night. I was also very nervous walking into his office, because many YouTube videos say the financial services guy is the best salesman in the whole place. I knew what I wanted, but was worried that I might be pressured into exceeding my budget. He very quickly summarised the various plans, fully aware that my Mom was about to blow her top. Very professional of you David! I ended up buying the plan that I was comfortable with and can afford. I never felt like David was trying to pull a fast one on me, instead I felt like I was being tutored before a school test. I signed the bill of sale as an extremely satisfied customer. Lastly, David, Nick the sales associate I had dealt with and I had a casual conversation about my year of car, the pickup time and some repairs that were needed before I take possession. As oppose to the last time I signed a bill of sale, when I was politely, but quickly pushed out of the office. More

My Honda was leaking oil and had it towed into the dealership. Kyle was unable to look for my keys in the night drop box and advised I would have to attend to look for my vehicle on their lot. Spoke to service manager Tomy who said he would call be back in a day regarding my concern. 11 days and still no call back from Tomy the service manager.
