The best dealership for Honda I went to a couple of dealerships in Toronto ( at least 6) to get a CRV but the way they were dealing with me was not so well. Finally, I chose a car I went to a couple of dealerships in Toronto ( at least 6) to get a CRV but the way they were dealing with me was not so well. Finally, I chose a car at this dealership and went to check it out. I was assisted by John Baird. John was so transparent, humble, considerate and nice about everything. I decided to get a car from this dealership. On the day I was supposed to take it from there, they were not able to make it ready for me but the manager, Trevor Carew came up to and wanted to fix the problem. So, the next day the car was delivered to my home by Don Jarvis in excellent condition. I had a nice conversation with Don too. The only part I did not like was when Peter ( in finance dept )tried to sell me warranties and when I denied, he made me feel stupid. I mean I understand he is there to do business but Peter please be nice to others. If you are looking for a used Honda car, this is the dealership you should go to. If I am going to buy another Honda, I am getting it from John. More

We felt very comfortable with Jason as we were from out of Town. He was very friendly and and kept in touch letting us know when we could pick up the vehicle. Appointment not honoured Booked an appointment through the Honda app. for my first service. Clicked yes to waiting for the car. Upon arrival for my 1pm appointment, I was Booked an appointment through the Honda app. for my first service. Clicked yes to waiting for the car. Upon arrival for my 1pm appointment, I was told that I have to wait to 5 for the car to be ready and that the appointment was to talk to the service advisor NOT actually get my car serviced (only an oil change). I guess I interrupted her lunch (even though it was my appointment time) and she was very rude to me. I was told that I should have talked to someone live instead of a computer if I wanted to understand how they work there. I bought the car here and had a great experience. Too bad their customer service was so lousy. Will be going somewhere else. More
